Very nice work, sb. I noticed on your webpage you were freehanding those quail. Did you freehand that cowboy, too? I really like the fence work, too.
Oops, now you've posted the birds. :p

Nice work sb. The plasma cutter looks like it would be fun. I'd have to get someone else to draw the silhouettes though.
Nice work sb! I liked your trach can fence, and ur diong a fine job on those cut outs!!!
Thanks for the compliments. I think I have the image posting figured out so you won't have to deal with webshots again.
arcdawg...That skull is one of my favorites. It's also the 1st thing I ever laid a plasma torch to.
cutter...Everything I cut is freehand. I have a Torchmate table but have never finished putting it together. Wife makes the patterns for me and I lay it out and cut.
Jim314...Plasma cutter is a lot of fun. You would be surprised at where the pattern source comes from. I do a lot from photographs, scroll saw books and even the kids coloring books. I have around 1000 patterns on file now.
A lamp I gave my dad for xmas. I cleaned up the edges on the belt sander
Last one for a while. I'm getting carried away!

It was actually a photo of 4 cowboys wearing dusters that was supposed to represent my 4 kids.
Without the color or detail it turned out looking like something from "Tombstone"
SB, what is the size of the elk plaque? How much do you charge for something like that? The reason that I,m asking because that will look hanging in my mail box.

man oh man do I ever want a plasma cutter now... I don't suppose HF has one cheap do they?
If they did i dont think id buy one from them!!!
BigMike,
Cheap is a relative term and plasma cutters are expensive. HF sells them but I agree with 7018, I wouldn't buy one from them.
Support your local suppliers and they will support you.
