I wanted to work with some aluminum, so i got some 1 inch square aluminum tube with 1/8 wall. Slats are 3/8 inch aluminum rod. Keeps the critters on the right side. PS , aluminum is a pain to weld, you will see some of my lame welds!

It's an easy project and gets me much needed aluminum tigging practice. After a while you start to understand what makes aluminum tick

Woi2ld, that was the funniest thing I've seen all day! Luckily tbone, turbo and toto (not shown) don't manhandle the barricades!

haha. Cute dogs, silypoos or yorkie? They look just like my dog, however my dog is like a mexican jumping bean. She can clear a 3' fence. Hell she jumps on my bed every night and it's over 3'. Same size dog too!

There's no way any of my dogs would have let that thing stand for more than 30 seconds before knocking it over, hah. I'd have had to mount drywall anchors for support on something like that!

Looks clean though, nice work

Yorkies , they are respectful of the barriers for some reason, but they could jump if they had to!

Hello chimmike, I do understand what you are saying, however, I have a three dogs, 2 Bernese Mountain dogs and a Black Labrador Retriever. Berneses 138# and 98#, Labrador 115#, all of them are "respectful" of our plastic baby gates and stay on the other side of them wherever we put them up. Funny how some dogs are that way. Best regards, Allan
