What are your thoughts on getting a 2nd regulator and using my "old" 80 cubic argon bottle vs getting a dual output single regulator for my 330 (i think) cubic argon bottle?

My 330 is near my welder which isn't totally near where I work, so the 80 could be nmoved and be a dedicated purging/back up bottle.

If getting a 2nd regulator for a 2nd bottle, which is where I am leaning, is there any benefit to just getting a 2nd identical regulator (I have the one that came with my Diversion, a smith dial type) or does a flowmeter style one offer much benefit? I've got friends who weld and use flowmeter type, but I don't know if it matters much:

Looking at the Smith 30 series flowmeter

Thanks guys

Getting two separate regs has one VERY nice benefit.

If you break part of a double regulator, you lose the whole thing for a while.

If you have two regs on an Western CGA-580 manifold tee (about 27 bucks), you take them both off the tee and put the good one on your cylinder.

You can use the regs on separate cylinders or together on one cylinder.

Tees are cheap (about 28 bucks) they work great, and have no downside.

I use that same Smith regulator/flowmeter on my tig. It has been good.
