Hello, I'm Sam Rothstein, just started welding over 6 months ago. 3 months spent training on a Sim Welder , then last 3 months using a Miller XMT 304.
Just stubbled across this site, looking somewhere to ask and search questions. And just to say hi :)

Well you stumbled onto the right place for questions Sam. Welcome to the shop!:waving: And now a question for you. Sim welder? I havent heard of that before. I would guess a computer application, but what is it exactly??

I had to googled it LOL, actually kind of neat setup. Not for the home user at $50,000+ but great for basic training I would think. Get you used to the motion and weight for mig and stick. Pretty slick.:cool2:
