I will be starting some projects where I'll need circles. I looked at the Hypertherm deluxe and basic kits but I noticed the wheel sets out about 1" - 2" from the cutting tip creating wasted steel.
Are there any other manufacturers or DIY ideas that are decent and reliable out there that will work with my PM30?

I needed a circle cutter attachment the other day on a job and wanted a Hypertherm unit also. The LWS didn't have them and I needed in a hurry so I made my own. Actually glad I did since It worked pretty darn well.

Let me know if you need any more details.

OK your gonna think i'm nuts. Take some mig wire and make a loop big enough to go around your torch cup then twist it up so it's kind of tight. Then take the other end and make another loop and twist it up till you have your desired circumferance. Center punch your mark first, sorry about that, then use a screwdriver, or a grinded to a point anything, hold your center tool and away you go, circle city
