i wantred to know if anyone has experience with this tig machine. i'm looking at buying one right now for the primary purpose of doing motorcycle tank work, 20-18 gauge. is this an alright welder to use for that? also, can someone give me a rough est. on how much a 80cf tank of argon costs?

I have never used the machine you are talking about, but in my experience with the ESAB equipment I have used it was about as good as it gets. I would not hesitate at buying it myself. I was very close to purchasing an esab mig when i purchased my last one, but wound up going with lincoln only because I got an unbelievable deal on it.

Touch start..... Step on pedal to start gas flowing and. TOUCH the tungston to the work. PAUSE a second or two to let the tungston heat up. ROLL the torch on the gas cup to pull the tungston off the work. Walla! you have an arc.
