They start at $50,000 US dollars. Also, not sure if they would ship to the Phillipines.

There is a welding simulator of a spanish company called Simfor.
The simulator is very good and quite cheap, compared to others in the market.
The cost is around 14.000 euros.
It covers MIg Mag and Arc Welding.
The web page is www.simfor.es
Hope it is useful for you!

What is the point of a simulator for 50,000 dollars if you can get the most badass welding machine and everything you need for like 20,000 not even, and do it for real , what is the purpose of the sim?

Training welders without the cost of consumables and the need for protective gear.
For example: If you are the navy, and you need to train 250 welders, the simulator is a lot cheaper then the consumables, and allows for the instructor to get much more information about what the student is doing.
Or, initial training and/or repair technique development for a weld in a real bad location, such as a nuclear facility, where exposure must be strictly limited and access can be as well.
Training for materials that are cost prohibitive for the welder to practice on until he pretty much has it.
Some of the simulators are pretty amazing at this point, and reputedly very closely mirror the actual experience. I'v never used one, but know several people that have for all of the above reasons.
