Steve,
How similar is that to a Lincoln "verticle"?
Post a picture.

I just bought a Miller 330 for $315 on eBay. I was from a fabrication company that was downsizing. Fortunately the company was local to me (SouthEast Michigan) because this unit is 900 pounds! Made for a really interesting pick up. I had them put it on a pallet on its side with the bottom facing the tailgate of my F150 pickup. When I got home, I MIG'ed on some 8" solid rubber wheels. Two stationary wheels on the bottom and two casters on the front. It's really cool! ....now i can move it around no problem!

I paid $500 for my 330 a/bp last spring, including two used radiator one water coolers.
The other stuff I bought is what adds the cash.
Add $80 for a used pedal (good luck finding one for that price)
Casters and steel for cart $30
water cooled Torch and some consumables to start $200
Flow meter with argon hose $75
Argon tank $125
Misc coolant hoses, etc $60
So I guess I have a little over $1k in it.
It is a big old heavy duty welder, for half the price of an inverter with half of the power.
