Help on pricing

I am looking at used welders and I need some opinions please.

It is a SYNCROWAVE 180 SD- like new - He is asking 900.00. Is that a good price and is it a decent welder?
What do I need to look for or check?

Never mind Mac, I went by after work and checked it out. It is amazing what "like new" can mean to some people. I guess it was like new at one time but that time has long since passed. Thanks anyway.
