g'day people. i've been welding for ages, but i still suck at certain things.
my aim is to get some advice on welding thin materials (ie: car panels).
my current machine is a crappy arc inverter welder and its supposedly 'tig-able'. says something about spotting/tacking. im assuming it can use tig type rods?
i have no idea what that means so i thougth i better find out stuff before i start. i have no intention of using a standard/normall arc rod on my car.
anyway, happy welding etc etc, im gunna go check out these forums before i post anything, just incase i ask something thats been asked 20 times a day. dont wanna look stupider than i already do.
Cheers, SLR_Torana.
