looks as if you might have the most luck on that page, when i've ordered stuff from them, shipping wasn't a selling point. I remember hearing from customer service that they Ship it to UPS first .......

You can check order status from the CS page on the site. You will have to supply the order number and your zip code.

If it is on back order don't hold your breath for updates. They didn't update my order until 2 days after I had it in my hands.
