After a few other simple items, the customer asked us to check the hydraulic fluid in his RV for the leveling jacks. First we had to find the reservoir! It turned out to be behind the 2 six volt house batteries, covered by a metal panel. No problem, topped off the tank, but get a load of the batteries!
"Yeah boss, we got the tank filled up, but his batteries are bad!" I said. "What are they low on charge?" he asked. I kinda chuckled, "You could say that."
Guess who got to swap them out.
