That was fun but I learned how to read a ruler a long time ago. I'll bet there are a lot of people here that wouldn't get them right, especially with the time limit.

I was checking my oil in the driveway where I was within "earshot" of the neighbor's open window. They are young couple of ethnic orgin and the wife was renovating the bedroom; paint, lamp, baseboards, etc.. She was asking her husband to help hold a measuring tape. He asked her if she knew how to "do it". I started to laugh to myself when I heard him ask her what the "little marks" were for, and he wasn't kidding either! :laugh: :laugh:

Couple of years ago a guy came into the shop to get some material. We were discussing sizes and I suggested 3/8ths. He asked"Is that bigger or smaller than half inch?".......It has been a joke for a while now......

since no one else has posted their score, i'll be the first... i got 600... after looking at all them lines and a computer screen for long enough, it started to get fuzzy.. like someone else said, the timer sucks... i'm not used to having to point to dimensions like that so quickly.

10 seconds - level 2 - 280, I went as fast as possible. Taking my time (but still trying to go fast), level 5 with a score of 1300.

I also learned the basics many years ago, but I am still young enough to be fast on the 'puter.

I guess you can say you did whatever, but I got a 4320 on level nine. I tried to copy the page over to here, but I can't figure out how to do it.

I missed three in a row because of the time. You think its fast around a score of 600, try over 4000. My hand eye coord. isn't that good anymore.

Here is another link for the hand eye coordination. I will waste lots of your time. My best score is 23 seconds on the nose. I cannot get past 23 and I am quitting this game for a while.

Yeah, take your time. I don't mess around, I make big mistakes...lol. I know the increments without a thought but the big numbers got me on this thing...2 inches instead of three, 3 instead of two. Good thing I pay alot closer attention when I do my layouts...lol

My first(and only) try was level 9 @3690. My mistakes were drifting when clicking and hitting the wrong 'teenth.....

West Baden Iron, that one is a bit tougher. It took me about a dozen times before I got over 10 seconds. 23 seconds must be tough. I gotta do that some more...thanks, I think......:waving:

You won't be thanking me after a while. It is very addicting. I wish I would have never found this.:realmad:

It took me about 20 tries to get past 10 seconds. Once you do it a while, you can figure out the pattern for the first 10-11 seconds. I go straight down then to the top left corner and you can sit there for about 10 secs. After that, it is about all luck for me. I have gotten to the 21-23 seconds a bunch of times, but it is so friggin' fast at that point, it boggles my pea brain. I don't know how you would ever get much more than that if it exponentially gets faster like it does in the 10-20 sec range.

2310..... can't remember the level...... fun game for eye/mouse coordination.

18 seconds...kinda easy once you realize the program is made to track your mouse movement. A slight back and forth and the program gets confused.

Hey John,

How are you getting it to confuse the program? With a slight back and forth it doesn't seem to change for me. It does appear to go in the same pattern every time until I get to 18 secs or so and then I can't track the pattern. I realize you are much wiser in the IT department than myself. It could be lack of brain cells on my part.

Jason - thanks but I'm not any more intelligent than the average John, Joe, or Joshephine. :laugh:

The KEY is to vary your movement. A slight movement here, back and forth alot there. Either way, it will still track your movement. It's basic code, not BASIC, for having something track the mouse (I.E. cursor trails in Windows XP).

Speed is not the issue when measuring, so don't put so much weight on it. I don't know anyone who will get anymore work done by taking a quick measuements, they will just give it back in mistakes and additional money wasted in time & materials.

Measure twice; cut once - is the mantra of a quality craftsman.

The games music is really good.
and I love the games story.
The game is more about luck then about skill.
