Sandblast Cabinet & 20% Coupon

Just to update, I went to HF last Thursday to "try" to get the discontinued 42202 sandblast cabinet. It doesn't show on the HF website but appears the stores were getting rid of the remaining stock. Last time I was there it was $99 but with Murphy's Law it was $129. I was armed with the 10% coupon posted here but up that day. Though the 20% undated coupon was posted here in October 2006, I thought I'd print and take it along. What looked like a wasted twenty mile trip changed when I asked if the cabinet would ever be on sale for $99. She said "I'll sell it to you for that". Hey, why quit now! I next asked if she would apply the 20% coupon? What's the date sez she? Not on there. Tried scanning and like others wouldn't scan. She got the manager who manually plugs it in. In my amazement I forgot another item with its separate coupon. This super cashier diverts the growing line to another cash register manned (or womaned) by the manager and goes and gets the forgotten tool. My lucky day. Wonder if being Valentine's Day had anything to do with it? Thanks also to Popwri for posting the 20%er.

Relative to the cabinet, I re-caulked, added a flood light, added bracing to the wire mesh, replaced the gun with a TP gun, and made a new siphon tube with larger hose. Don't like the air line entering from the rear and the siphon from the corner as it kinks and puts a strain on the gun angle. Will try it first but may bring the air line in from the front next to the RH glove. Also, may bring the siphon line up somewhere from the center to the RH glove. FWIW, Roger V
