I'm trying to remember the model number of the Hobart with a 2 cylinder Wisconsin TJD on it. The one that had a 12 volt battery mounted on the skid, and a separate starter on the engine. Most of the ones I used to see around had magnitos on them although some of them had point coil ignition. Almost all of them I saw were gold color.
There was also a variation of the machine that had the batteries mounted up top. It used windings in the welding generator to start it.
You know I even owned a couple of them over the years, but I am having a major brain f*rt or something.
