...question but ill ask anyways if anyone has he fibre-metal hood (samller, white, round with no flipup) how do you get the plate off to get to the lense to change it?:help::help::help::help:

SIR,
most helmets have a flat metal spring holding the lens.
you have to compress the spring, and slide it to one side,
and then remove it, and then the lens will come out.
is yours like this.?

I don't know that exact helmet, but most of these are as wlbrown states...flat springs push the lens against the inside of the back of the viewing opening. I have one that uses a rectangular spring that slides out when compressed and the lens just falls out. Take a photo of the inside and post if this doesn't help.
