here is some photos of the truck and the leveling jacks for my old drill rig that I built. the rig was a 5th wheel and very slow to set up. They are not real pretty but a little paint will make a big difference. I found this forum when I started this project and got a lot of advice from everyone so thanks

Are these the ones you had a problem with, with a slag BB? You must have got it freed up ok?

Looks good, what are it's drilling capabilities?

Idacal, that rig is a blast from the past. At least from what I know anyway. Pretty neat. As a young guy growing up the old cable rigs were being aced out by the new "rotory" rigs.

I remember seeing small rigs set up and hammering away for days on end on a hole. I was always amazed.

Nice work.

I cut it apart and cleaned it all up and welded it up again it worked out okay it still drags a little and Im building a another housing for it but it is working. It will drill 24" to about 1800' but I dont go that deep we mainly use them for bailing out irrigation wells and installing surface casing through the gravel for the mud rotary rigs 24" 80' holes. So a fast set up is a requirement. Wth the way its set up i can be ready to work in 2 hours rather than 9 the way it was.
