The corner weld was at 665 ipm and 21v and the filet(I think) was at 450ipm an 24v on 1/4 with 030 4043 wire on a esab mt250 spoolgun and mm260 power with 100% argon. These are close to the settings under the cover. Both were spraying well except for the last couple of inches on the inside corner, probably operator error on distance. I'm lost on this stuff but it sure is interesting.I'm not even going to show anyone my first tig welds they are sick.Help with any info please. Thanks Ken

I hope my welds on the next new machine I try look that good. They look great.

On aluminum it is customary not to undercut. Because the weld is usually much weaker then a steel or stainless weld. That one looked just a little too hot. But you are right there.

I push with the spoolgun and keep the nozzle close. Welds look good. Keep at it.

Here's a post about spoolgun setup and use, interesting if a bit testy, http://weldingweb.com/showthread.php?t=19441 that might be helpful, JackLegg.:D
