Would this compressor work well with the 50D?

yes,
the ForceCut LP-50D asks for: Air requirements: 60-75psi @ 4.5cfm
the Craftsman 26 gal. Air Compressor specs: SCFM Delivery At 90 psi: = 4.9 SCFM

That one is nice, but also look into this one as it is cheaper and has a bigger tank:

I think it is on sale and has a bigger gallon capacity, which in my opinion better. You will lose 10psi at max, but for the plasma cutter it does not matter.
