The PM function here does not work with my browser, just got the message. You an use the everlastwelders.com forum to get me, ours works.
I see you are in Ca., will call later as it is 8:30AM EST here :D 5:30AM there.

The main office and warehouse are in San Fran, Ca. (sales, support and shipping).
Tech support comes a couple places. I am personally located in Florida. We have techs in Pa., Wa. and Ca. as well.
Also, so you know, I contacted Scott at a reasonable hour, not 5:30AM. Turns out he was in Ca.

ok im getting all confused...Eastern Standard time...East cosat...which would be...The east coast. Which is on the eastern side of the US. Which is around here. Which.....Oh well now i'm all confused too...:confused::confused::confused: and When it's 8:30 here its 5:30 in California...So...ya. Oh Well.

Scott PM'd me to call him with a tech support issue, I saw he was in Ca. and I am in Fl (East Coast of the Unitied States) and I received it that morning on a weekend. So I waited, since it was a weekend, until I taught he might be awake as I saw he was in Ca... Talked to him, all good there.
The East Coast of the US is correct as far as where I work from for Everlast. But sales does not work on the weekend.
I also stated that the warehouse and sales/sales support are in Ca. That is the West Coast of the US, shipping is from there.
