everlast plasma cutter Cut 50 - pics

Order the cut 50 a while back ( about 2 months ago) after some issues with getting in touch and shipping "mishaps" i got the machine! Set up the garage for 220v with new sub-panel, cut off switch, and outlet. plugged her in and got to cutting. Cut 1/8" bar for a while and than cut some 3/16" angle and 3/16" bar to make a window well grate. Works great!
Tried to tackle some 1/2" it cut it but was slow and messy ( I probably need more practice)

Looks good what is the grate part of?

You may want to use a piece of wallboard as a straight edge and try adjusting your air pressure

Also do you have a water/air filter on thhat unit?

Nothing really to add other than I agree with Spector. Air pressure and good dry air will help a lot. Otherwise you spend a lot of time grinding. Also cut straight down if you are doing less than 5/8"s.

It does take time to freehand with the plasma cutter. Drywall works or use C clamps and angle iron for a straight cut.
