Im working on a go kart for my buddy now it needs to be lengthened for his tall a@$. Try n get some pics of it. But anyways hope to talk to you all at least once. and remember. Welcome!
I too have a little linconln with no gas. I was sad too when I realized what I could not do with it. However, now that I have messed around with it a bit, I realize that flux core welding is a reasonably useful form of welding. Sure I'm not gonna do any really thin sheet metal or alum., but I can weld a lot of stuff and have already helped a number of friends out with small projects. Don't be too quick to judge your little lincoln, it can produce some high quality welds. (I'm like you though, I can't wait to get my hands on a quality MIG LOL!!!)
Hope you enjoy the board. There are a lot of really nice folks on here who are more than happy to help the new guys.

Cheers!
