hello everyone!

I got started in welding from my uncle, who was my biggest role model growing up. im a sophomore in highschool and this week im going to a Skills USA welding competition where i will be competing in stick welding. I love all welding proccesses and look forward to getting advice and tips from everyone who would like to give me some. thanks

well, if i remember correctly last year the 1st place winner overall won a dc miller welder that was a stick/tig combo and a jacket and gloves,the second place guy got jacket, gloves and helmet, and the third place winner overall got the helmet. it was auto darkening.
