Great Forum... I have been welding with a mig for awhile, but have enrolled in the local community college to learn Oxy and Tig. Plus get my Mig up to a higher level. It is amazing when you have been doing it for awhile how much you find out you don't know. I do mostly car stuff. I am building a new race car and need to learn to Tig for the aluminum tanks and stuff I want to build. I am sure I will be asking some dumb questions, but you guys seem to tollorate that well.

Earl as long as you keep the attitude that you can always learn things I have no doubt that you will become a very good welder. Its not a day goes by I don't see something I never expected, or did not know. Good to have you around and the only dumb questions is the one not asked. ~Jackson

What Hammack said. I believe that as long as you are open minded and are able to see a problem, figure it out, and adjust for it, you will do fine. Being able to know how to adjust to me is the key. Good luck and have fun on here.
