Hi I'm new to this forum but I will say it's good to see a site dedicated to the field of welding. I work in a company that manufactures tools for the semiconductor industry. I am a welder for this company and primarly weld stainless steel but I do weld aluminum and titanium. The frames that we build are of various size and thickness 304,316,303,416 stainless. What we build has to measure within a 1/32 of an inch streight,square/legth/width and hole dimentions. We use Miller sycrowave 250 and for you guys that weld stainless you probably know that it likes to move all over the place when you weld it. I am attaching some photos of a tool that I built and some pics of my welds. This frame measures 72w x 76h x 74L the base is made of 4X4X.250w and all the rest is 2X2X.120w enjoy
