Hi! My name is Steven Balogh-I own a company in NJ called MegaWatt Machine Services-www.megawattmachine.com We specialize in rebuilding and manufacturing valve components used in the power and oil & gas industries. We are currently looking for some good tig welders who can lay down a good bead with a steady hand and know how to micro weld. We do a lot of hardfacing with Stellite and need someone who takes their job serious and wants to work with in my opinion one of the best tool & die tig welders in the country to get mentored by. Please e-mail me your info and I'll be sure to call or e-mail back. Or at least if someone can e-mail me back advice on where to look (trade schools, etc.) in NJ to find some talented, responsible, young guys willing to learn from one of the best.

Thanks!!

Hi Mr. Balogh,
I see you said you're looking for "some talented, responsible, young guys" - I don't quite fit that description, I'm a 31 year old female with a family to provide for. I know the basics of tig, I have a steady hand and an eye for detail, and I believe in doing it right the first time and quality before speed. I also know I have a lot to learn and would welcome a chance to be mentored.

I looked at your website - the only email I saw is for sales. If you're interested in my qualifications PM me through weldingweb and we'll talk more.

Ruth

By saying "young guys", I know you meant that in a general sense right? Don't want you to get in any law suits for only wanting young (age discrimination) and guys (sex discrimination). You just meant that you want some good welders, right?
