Got some new dress up items for my Powermig 255, timer kit & dual cylinder rack- the next 3 pics show what they look like. I call em 'chrome' cause its mostly dress-up-not really needed but nice to have.
Here is the front view with Timer kit installed-

This pic shows how clever Lincoln can sometimes be- this is the old single cylinder bracket, it has a slight notch in it that old axles ramp up onto to support the welder during assembly of the dual cylinder kit.
Old Bracket Used as 'ramp'

Unless an idea presents itself there will be none. This rack is designed for 'full-sized' cylinders. My cylinders are smaller and there is slop that plus general movement of moving the machine around seems to be a bad combination for any sort've high pressure/hardline type plumbing that both cylinders would tye into .The plan is first just run with 1 regulator switch when needed. And when I get more spare dough I will get another flowmeter or regulator for the second bottle. Flexlines (low pressure side) from both cylinders will be routed to the machines gas inlet where there will be a 'y' or 'tee' combined with valves & backflow fittings. Once I get something worked out on paper I will be able to clean up this general idea.

You talking about that green inverter, the one so complex, that by the time you figure out how to use it , your steel's done rusted away:p
Now,I lived without these 'bells & whistles' for 3years- but I was after the trigger lock-much cheaper than buying a gun with this feature.
