What options are out there and companies that perform the work to refurbish a 5'X5' Acorn Platen that has seen a lot of service and more recently left out in the weather ?

Look for places that do surfacing/hardfacing. They can do a build up and machine the surface flat again.

USE! unless your very concerned with a perfect level surface then getting it Blanchard ground is what your going to want to get done.
