My name is Ted, and I've just changed job descriptions.
I've spent the last few years doing Collections and Technical support, along with some sales.
Recently, I decided I was tired of having a job that means nothing lasts. In collections, I took peoples money, and had nothing to show for it. In Tech support, I might build a computer, but it was obselete as soon as I finished.
So, I got a job as a Welder's Helper. I've been working there for a week and a day, and I am tired, sore, beat up, cut and burned. I've also been using a MIG for two days. And as sore as I am, I think I am having fun.

I do have to get a few things... Like a Welder's Helmet, and a welder's cap. Hehehe.
Basically, I am just a helper right now, but the boss says if I spend my own personal time, he will let me use his materials and machines, and all the scrap I want, and he'll teach me how to weld, and eventually make sure I get certified. After all, he says he can always use another welder.
So, anyway, hello to you all.
