OK....I found it! Hopefully I won't have to search so far for all of the Hypertherm and plasma related postings! Thanks for the support from so many of you....and of course Spectors relentless push!

I am open to any and all plasma related postings here. Of course I am most familiar with Hypertherm products....but over the years I have been involved with testiing, benchmarking and helping users with other brand equipment as well. As many of you know....I am a longtimer (not old timer) with Hypertherm....and it is sometimes hard for me to not be a little bit defensive of our products....I try pretty hard not to be put in a sales position on this site. I have my own home shop with 3 plasma systems, a cnc machine, welding equipment....and I spend as much of my free time getting my hands as dirty as I can.

Thanks again!

:laugh:Huh me push

Bigger THANKS should go to Frank Chloupek the site administrator because as we saw it sure wasn't wasn't the votes that got Hypertherm its own forum.

We managed to get only 39 out of over 21,000 members to come out and vote.

Your right Lugweld

(and Lugweld I must say you sure have helped out Everlast with your experience. Their equipment has made great strides in just one year)

Congrats to Jim and Hypertherm!. I sell this stuff for a living, and have been selling Hypertherm since 1991, it's been really neat to watch the plasma equipment evolve over the years, and when new ideas and technologies come out, Hypertherm is always leading the way, nobody (Miller is a close second) takes better care of there distributors and end users like Hypertherm. I sold my first 400 amp unit (HPR400) last month to a customer that upgraded from his old HT2000, and this customer is very happy.
Can't wait to see what's around the corner, 600 amp? 800 amps?

Hi Ya ss42768. Yep plasma has changed alot over the years. Our cnc has two HPR 260's and they are great machines with the best support anywhere.
