I'm the new NA sales coordinator here at Thermacut, Inc. (http://www.thermacut.com) and reaching out to the community to make introductions. I live up here in Plasma Valley in New Hampshire: grew up down the block from one of the founders of Centricut, a high school chum of the Innerlogic folks as well as plenty of Thermal Dynamics and Hypertherm people. So you could say I'm slightly familiar with the plasma industry.

Because I've always seen myself as an end-user type myself: the guy with torch in hand doing his thing, who really wants to maintain his equipment as affordably as he can with a supplier who is always willing to supply him with whatever technical info he needs to make his own decisions and do his own maintenance, while still having open access to advanced products and not getting bound up in restrictive contracts with high prices.
