First thanks for taking a look. This is what we have in our hands.

Im working on a huge proyect in a manufacturing plant. We have 57 welders deltaweld 452 miller that we want to switch for inverter invision 350mpa miller. And we need----->

first to determine power efficiency between one and the other how to???

Bead apperance and the reduction of input material (welding wire in pounds)

arc efficiency and stable arc.

Production rates using pulsed mig against conventional mig either spray transfer, or globular transfer.

Decreasing bad welds and poor penetration.

The base material is regular steel and in some cases stainless steel.

Any other ideas or formulas to determine this will help. If everything works we will be changing 57 welders.

All ideas are welcome and helpfull

Thank you for reading, please only serious inquiries.

forgot to say the 452 is too much machine for the production line, since we only use .045 solid wire and the welds are between 4 and 10 inches long, continuos of course

If your buying 57 welders, Miller will do every one of these calculations for you and bring you all the info you could ever want. Where are you located? find the Miller rep for your district and call him, I bet he is on his way over as soon as he hangs up.

What about Lincoln for a completive bid?
