I picked it up on Saturday for 899 off of craigslist. Less then four months and used for less then an hour. Also got the box and the bill of sell for it. Thought i would have to upgrade my compressor sooner then later but she keeps up. I am still gonna upgrade up not as soon i thought.

I think I got a pretty good deal. I just hope the warranty will cover me I'll find out when I register it.

Its a very nice unit packs a nice punch. Its small and very lite. I didn't play around with it too much I wanna get a better another filter drier in the gas line before a use it a lot. Got it home and wired up an outlet for it. it runs beautifully.

Now to build a cart for it and the welder, also a nice cut table!!!

Congrats, you should be good on warranty. If I'm not mistaken it is by the s/n of the machine, as long as its within its 3 year, any hypertherm related repair center will fix without a question.

Congratulations on your purchase and at a good price. As long as you have the bill of sale you should be fine. Fill out the registration and send it in.

As for that cart! Metal Bed frames are are a great source of metal to build that cart.

yeah Its a VERY nice unit and everything went good with registering it with Hypertherm. even just a promo for $25 back and they sent me an email telling me it on it way.

As of bed frames i have been looking the dump wont give to us in this area anymore. But i will find something to make it up.

I am very happy with my hypertherm powermax 30

Drive around on many trash days or those trips down to the local beer store and be on the lookout for those metal bed frames. Spring cleanups are usually a great time of the year for look for that freebie metal. Also behind big stores like Walmart where thhey sometimes throw out thos metal store displays.
