Do you recognize this cooler?

I bought this Tig torch cooler, it has a Hobart sticker, but I cannot find any record of any Hobart Coolers. Here are some pix, I attached a circulation hose and it seems to pump fine. The model number is shown. The coolant appears to be automotive, but I don't know. The last picture is of it operating. Thanks for any help you can give, it would be nice to get a manual once I know what it is.
