Pressure on Mig/Tig supply

Guys,
Kind of an odd question. Anyone know what the pressure is after the flow meter (deadheaded) on an argon or c25 tank? Is it tank pressure or is there also a regulator in the flow meter that drops the pressure. Is tank pressure ~2400 PSI?

FYI, I'm trying to source a solenoid valve.

There are 2 regulators on a MIG before the solonoid on the gas circuit.
The first regulates the tank pressure down to usable gas pressure, similar to an Oxygen regulator, and after that is a flow regulator. The flow regulator on a MIG is generally nothing more complecated than a non adjustable orphice.
The solonoid doesn't need to be high pressure.
