Hello,
I have done some research about this already and am interested in what you all have to offer... OK I only have access to a dryer plug (30 amp circuit). My machine draws less than that at full power.
But the issue is my dryer plug has a 4 prong plug ( 2 110V leads, ground and neutral I assume). My machine only has 2 110V leads and a ground. My question is how do I get my machine to work on this ?
Changing the outlet is not an option as it is needed for the dryer. Could I just take a dryer plug, wire it to my welder and just not have anything wired to the Neutral ?
The plug on my dryer has 2 straight blades, 1 round and, 1 L shaped...
Thanks
Yeah im far from an electrician hahaha !
