I'm looking for some extra ceramic collars for my PowerUltra 205 60amp Plasma Torch. Only problem is what it came with and what shows as the consumables on the site appear to be different.
What it came with was the taller cone with the rib in the middle for mounting the wire standoff guide, and the end of it sticks about halfway to the end of the nozzle like what's in this picture:

The consumables all seem to be the shorter cone without the ridge for the wire standoff guide and don't cover nearly any of the nozzle like this:

I got some of the 2nd ones, and while they're supposed to work on my torch they don't screw on. The thickness of the base of the cone is a hair too thick, and as a result it won't go over a slight ridge at the base of the head of the torch.
So a) I'm looking for the cone that I can use with the wire standoff guide, and b) I'm looking for something that'll fit :)
Anybody know where to get the longer cone with the ridge for the guide? Everlast, eBay, elsewhere?
Thanks
Ralph
