I am trying to put together some ideas for a new welding trailer for me to put my bobcat, gas compressor, tool box and leads on. Just seeing what you guys have running around.

Do a search here under this & related topics such as rig pics, or welding rigs.

Been covered many times & threads are full of pix for you to see without waiting for new posts. :)

Lots of trailer pix too. :)

This will be cool to have a thread devoted to welding trailers only. Ive been looking around for a existing trailer to covert over for my needs, but nothing seems to fit the bill as of yet.

I found this one on Craigs List for $800 which seems more then a fair price because of the boxes, but it only has a 2000lb axle and 12" wheels/tires. Its 8X6. I'm thinking about building one similar to it with a little beefier axle and 13" wheels/tires. Ive been looking for some aluminum boxes to mount on one to keep the weight down.

you can get a good trailer from HF
for under $400 with a title and make mods.

We helped a customer out one time who had a spring pack that broke somehow, I can't recall exactly. I didn't do the work, but I shot a few pictures, just because it was a cool trailer. :cool2:

I search and looked though the the welding rig page but that seemed more dedicated to full on truck welding beds not really trailers.

I know there was a trailer rig thread awhile back.

I'll look for it.
