...or at least I will be when it comes in the mail next week. Thanks to Alex at Everlast, you were very helpful and I am sure I made a good buy.
I will be sure to post up some pictures of my work when I get to it; fabricating a tubular front subframe for a V8 Miata swap! :D

I just recently bought a pt200dx myself and it has worked great and welds very well.I don't think you will be dissatisfied with your purchase,

Thanks, so long as they are what they appear to be, I am sure I will enjoy it.

What I need is 5pm to get here so I can run home and open my welder...what can you do for me?
The waiting is the worst part...I'm like a 5 year old on Christmas eve...

I feel worse now. The SOB UPS driver, who comes every day between 6-6:30, decided to stop by at 4:55. I came home at 5:30 to find a sticker on my door.
Christmas came...and there was no Santa!

Wow, that really sucks! I can relate though. My UPS guy always delivers between 7-8:00 pm which is great cause Im always home when he gets here, but makes for a long day when your excited about getting a new toy. But last month when I ordered my new Miller Elite Hood, he came at 5:00pm and I wasnt home yet. Sometimes its like being a kid at Christmas finding out you didnt get what you REALLY wanted. Hope it shows up tomorrow.

Actually I ended up calling UPS and the driver was scheduled back to the office by 7:15, and they stay open until 8pm. So I ended up heading up there and picked it up tonight.:cool2:
So I am now OFFICIALLY the proud owner of a new PowerTig 200DX.
Now I just need to go pick up a gas bottle and some other random stuff. Namely an extra set of gloves and a helmet for my girlfriend, because she's been begging me to teach her to weld. Lucky man you say? Yes, yes I am. :)
First projects on the agenda are probably a welding table and a cart. I need to check with the guy who's shop I'm currently using, he may not mind me using his table (it's at least 4'x8'). Hopefully it won't be too long before I can start working on my tube steel subframe, I just need to find the time...
