is it possible to cut with them till that the cut say like of plate looks like it came out of an ironworker?

Not quite, but an ironworker cuts by shearing or punching.
With an appropriately sized Plasma you can acheive a cut that looks very similar to the cut of a reciprocating hacksaw.
