You guys will love these pics. Especially the guy welding under the truck.
Of course, the Texans will see these acts of madness and say: 'What's wrong with that?'

This is not the first time I've seen these. My favorite is the guy in the pink shirt with the hazardous material workers.
But the truck ... that's the first time I've seen it. The best of all. Personally, I always place the 2x4s at each axle for additional stability -- not in the middle of the chassis.

Yes, the guy in the pink shirt is very Rodney Dangerfield.
At least the guy in the pool is wearing safety glasses.

The pickup guy read the section of the manual that says not to use the jack for anything other than changing a flat.

He has his safety glaases on, but shouldn't he be wearing a life jacket too, and fall protection harness since he is on a ladder?

If you want to see some terrible welding and dangerous welding practices, go to the welding of these container homes getting stacked up and welded.
No controls at all on who does the welding or the qualifications.

I'll admit to having done one of these myself. My ladder was around 5 feet too short for a job, and I got a front end loader, raised the bucket up, and used the loader bucket for a ladder platform. It got the job done. Yeah, I know, blow a hydraulic hose and the whole thing goes down. But since I'd never seen a hose blow out, I guess I thought it just wasn't gonna happen to me.

If the Hazardous material Workers were truly in danger of exposure, Shouldn't they have been wearing head coverings?
{Yeah, I know--the big Beef was the dude with no suit at all. I'm just sayin'.....}
