I have been doing some research and stumbled across this thread on this forum and had to comment. This is Definitely some great Customer service!!!! As well as another Competitor trying to help someone that did not purchase from either Company.
First off, I know something about Customer Service as I had my own computer service co. for 20 years. It amazed my competitors that I was always taking business from them without ever soliciting their customers. I never said no to my customers, and regardless of the circumstances I always took care of their problems even if it was their home PC's. or a product they purchased elsewhere no questions asked.

And for the record I do not own any Longevity or Giant products, but just felt the need to comment on their generosity to help out their fellow man.
