Vince,
If you haven't already signed the WeldingWeb is #1 congratulations thread in the announcement section, you should. People who sign it are eligible to win one of 2 ArcOne auto-darkening helments with graphics. Top-of-the-line stuff.

I've got an ArcOneVision 5x4 Shades welding helmet with flame decals on it, new in box. If your interested, I'll $100.00. + shipping. This is what I paid for it. I was gonna take it to work and use it there, but I got laid off before it came in , so I necer used it. Just opened the box to make sure it was all there and not damaged.

looking for what we used to call a monkey mask, welding screen or hood as the Americans say? to describe it it is a mask that fited over the head close fitting with welding goggles fitted either a flat screen or a leather hood type. i know what i mean, can anyone help, not found any for sale over here yet not even ebay? used to use them in power stations for welding the tubes, tight sqeezes etc. :help:

Thanks Elderthewelder. yes some thing like that, don't seem to have them over here though.(UK) Cheers
the ones we used to get from stores while on power stations used to be like a flat board with flip up welding goggles and a elastic head band, crude but effective, not as good looking as the one you show. Jim :waving:

Here is the same thing but with the flip up lens. Pretty much all the welding supply stores sell these things, I am sure you could find on online that would ship to the UK
