Lincoln AC-180 S Code # 5347-602. I bought it for $15.00 and would like to know when it was made and if parts are still available for it as the switch is rusted but working. It has no fan but solid copper windings and welds great. Any help is appreciated. I e-mailed Lincoln but no answer back.

I found, using Google, that the welder was advertised on page 74 of the April 1962 Popular Mechanics for $158. The wiring diagram was also listed in the search results.

You got it for 15 bucks?
Parts are not important. A carton of cigarettes costs almost that much around here. It breaks down then throw it out and find another one.
