For Sale: Miller Maxstar 200 STR DC Stick TIG with Leads and Torch. Get it before it goes on Ebay!
This was rescued from a pawn shop about a month ago and has been tested fine at about 100A with the included 6011 rod. It also includes the pictured TIG torch but no controller or flowmeter is included. The leads are 1/0 and are 10'. Includes a new Jackson 200A stinger as well as the required Dinse connectors. I don't need it as I have a Synch 300 that will do the same at 10 times the size and 20 times the weight!
PS: this is wired for 220V single phase with the usual NEMA 6-50 plug. It also comes with a previously installed 4-pin recepticle that must have been used for 3-phase. You could also wire it for 110V if desired.
Of note is that the included 12'? torch has not been received yet (bought off Ebay). It is a Harbor Freight air-cooled unit from a 91149 TIG welder and should fit the Maxstar perfectly. I'll test it and let you know with an update to this post. It will probably include a limited amount of expendables, if any.
Instead of the torch I received a Direct TV dish and receiver--a seller mix-up--what the hell do I do with that? (the seller said to just keep it) I just got done arguing with the wife to keep her from switching from cable. After all is said and done, you end up paying more with all the required receivers for each TV (4). Well I guess I would have one of the four already--if it even works...
Shipping weight on this unit with cables/rods is 60lbs and will be shipping via DHL from zip 32771. Refer to attached for more info. Thanks!
Freindly WW price: $850.00 plus shipping...
