Just a guess: are you trying to preview your picture after you select it? That don't work.
Click on browse, navigate to your photo, select it & /or okay it. Click "submit reply".
You cannot preview photos for some reason or the tother.
Just gotta have faith. But don't give up! Keep trying & you'll get there.
