94-02 Ford truck recall

Specifically 94-02 F-250/350/450/550, 94-96 E-150/250/350, 96-02 E-450, 00-02 Excursion, and 98 Explorer and Mountaineer vehicles.

Factory recall to put a fused wiring harness in the cruise control system to prevent a possible fire hazard.

I received my notice from Ford today, but just in case some of you don't, give them a call. It's Recall #05S28

If you've already repaired this on your own, you are probably eligible for a refund.

HUH??? no cruise in a diesel, most of my diesels have cruise control.
BTW this recall does NOT apply to diesel engine versions of the above listed trucks. The recall is for gasoline and CNG versions only.
