Wiring up for syncrowave 250 dx

My garage isn't wired for 220v yet and I just purchased a syncrowave 250 dx with an external cooler for a song and a dance. Need to know what kind of amperage I need to put in. I will be welding just about everything and various thicknesses.

My 250dx can pull 98 amps at full load...at least that's what the sticker says on the front!!:)

I have a 100 amp breaker for mine.
