Here's my short story (in road to nightmare).
I'm building a Beach Buggy, and while I was cutting the floor-metal my plasma start "winking at me".:eek:
According to the manual' supposedly is a "worn torch piece (aka consumables, electrode, etc), so I replace each piece but 9-0097 Start Cartridge and 9-0098 Shield Cup, but still dead on water.
My setup...........
60 Gallon Compresor - drained daily
25' compresor hose - attached to a looooooooooong PVC 40Schedule pipe (space issues ush to re-locate the compressor way to far)
swivel hose conector
water/oil trap
Cutmaster 42 ran@ 95-100PSI - 125V
The first 108" (from a 1/8" metal) cut were sweet, easy stuff.; now it aint.:help:
Suggestions how to correct that issue............
