Im looking for a Mig welder and came across this: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/tls/205087339.html
Does anyone know anything about these? Good price? I can't seem to find much on it. I was going to get the MM210, but if this is a good deal, then I'll go for it. Looks like it might be the predecessor to the 251...?
Thanks

I would buy it. He is not lying about it being a great welder.
It was before the MM-250 and there was a awful lot of ****ed
of people that traded their MM-200 away. If I was going to
just short-arc (mostly) then I think I still would go for the
MM-210. Mostly from a new VS old deal. Also I do like the
tapped switch style of the 210 unit. 12 ranges do favor
the MM-200 though. The 200 will always be worth the
price you paid for it.
Either way you will be getting a fine unit.

Thanks for the advice Scott! I ended up buying it for $700 today. Plugged it in and did a few test welds. Everything seemed to work great. Haven't done any Mig welding in a while, but I already like it a lot better than the MM175 Ive used before.
Definitely happy with my choice so far!

I like it better then the 251 in some areas. Like I said, its a really good
unit. It's not a fancy or has all the bells and whistles of a 251 but
it will more then hold it's own in arc quality/ power output.

I've had the same machine for about 10yrs now and I love it. You have the option of hooking up a spool gun for aluminium too.
